All orders are processed and shipped from New York, USA.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Delivery typically takes: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Some countries may experience longer transit times.
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping option selected.
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

 

Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed parcel:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please double-check your address before completing your order.
 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
Customers should file a claim directly with the carrier.

We will, however, assist you to the best of our ability in the process.
 

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
We will work with you to offer a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

 

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item, all products will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.
To receive other items sooner, please place separate orders.
