At Mama Muse, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, this Refund & Return Policy explains how returns and refunds work, in a clear and transparent way.
Because we sell cosmetic and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, for hygiene and safety reasons.
We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to include your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue.
Once we review your request, we will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Unused, unopened, and unused items may be eligible for return if requested within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers once a refund has been processed.
Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.
